It's been over two weeks and I still haven't got my item. I'm seriously considering requesting a refund.

This product is top-notch, and the customer support is fantastic. Shipping to France was really quick, and I wholeheartedly suggest it.

It took roughly two weeks for shipping, but the support I received was top-notch when I inquired about it. They got back to me fast and made it feel personal, which I appreciated. I really felt like I was talking to someone who truly cared about me and wanted to make my experience with the company and product the best it could be.

This item feels quite solid and keeps my phone in place nicely. I appreciate being able to adjust the support to various angles, the extendable stand, and its compact design. Just a heads up, if you extend the stand, the base will show up in your photos. It would be great if the base could be rotated out of sight, but unfortunately, it’s fixed in place.

The brightness is way less than I thought it would be, and the device does create some shadows, which is a bit of a letdown. You’ll definitely need an extra light for filming or snapping pics. Plus, even though I wasn’t in a rush, the delivery took its sweet time—about a month before I got any tracking updates.

The lighting is pretty questionable since it creates shadows. I was hoping this would fix those problems, but it hasn’t. There aren’t clear instructions on how to use it properly, so I’m just figuring it out as I go and not thrilled with the outcome; I still need another light source. Plus, the packaging was just awful.

This gadget is really great. Especially for folks who are on their own. It's tough, dependable, and super portable. With its smart design, I can snap way better photos without casting a shadow of myself over the item. I’d totally suggest it!

I had a fantastic experience with customer support. I placed an order for the background bundle and didn’t notice that the stand came with it, so I ended up ordering it separately. James reached out via email to check if I wanted both stands, but I didn’t, so they refunded me and adjusted my order, which was really nice. I got Olivia after roughly two weeks, which was what I anticipated. The gadget is quite delicate; if you put it together like in the video, you might end up damaging it pretty fast, so handle it with care... but it does function.
